COMPONENTS OF A RECOVERY SET:

In the next photo, we present an approximate set of components for a ventilation installation intended for houses with an area of 200-250 m2.

The composition of the set may, of course, vary depending on the project.

EXPANSION BOXES - They are used for mounting on the exhaust and supply side. The boxes provide clean air to the rooms and remove used air from the rooms.

DISTRIBUTORS - They are used for mounting on the exhaust and supply side. The distributor facilitates the distribution of air throughout the building from one place,

RECOVERY DUCT - Used to supply fresh air to the rooms and to remove used air from the rooms outside the building. Due to its flexibility, it is easy to install without the need for specialized tools.

DUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

1. High mechanical strength of 8kN/m2,
2. Temperature range from -20oC to +60oC,
3. Elastic modulus 1.2 MPa,
4. Fire resistance UL94 according to PN50068,
5. High system tightness thanks to the use of EPDM seals, the system meets tightness class C according to PN - EN 12237,
6. Noise damping capability,
7. Resistance to alcohol, fats, oils, and petrol,
8. Relatively low air flow resistance,
9. Resistance to the effects of atmospheric factors, as a result of which there is no corrosion,

ROUND DUCT CONNECTOR - Used to connect two round flexible ducts,

PLUG - Used to close unused outlets of distribution boxes,

SEAL - Used to seal connections between the boxes and the flexible duct,

STRAIGHT PIPES, TEE JOINTS, ELBOWS - Used for risers to the intake and exhaust. Used to supply fresh air to the rooms and remove used air from the rooms outside the building,

ROUND DAMPER WITH DAMPING - Used for air flow regulation and serves as a damper,

AIR INTAKE/EXHAUST - The intake is used to bring fresh air from outside the building, while the exhaust is used to discharge used air,

SUPPLY/EXHAUST GRILLES - Supply grilles are used for air supply to the rooms, while exhaust grilles are used for air extraction from the rooms,

PERFORATED TAPE - Used for suspending or securing galvanized pipes in duct-ventilation systems,

SELF-ADHESIVE ALUMINUM TAPE - Used for sealing ventilation systems. Fire resistant up to  150oC.

INSULATED ALUMINUM DUCT– The duct prevents heat loss,

GLUED WOOL - Wool is used for insulation of risers and intakes.
