Thanks to this, they bite strongly into the ice wall, allowing you to have good traction while climbing. The second pair of teeth with a medium-aggressive profile, together with the vertical third and fourth pair, ensure grip on steep descents. Salewa Alpinist Pro crampons have a very well thought-out tooth geometry, which guarantees great friction, effortless grip and greater safety on slippery, hard surfaces. If you are concerned about attaching the crampons to your boot, the Salewa Lock System® comes to the rescue. It allows for stable attachment of the crampons to the sole, while also integrating the boot's performance with the crampon, resulting in very good weight distribution. While walking on snow, you don't have to worry about excess snow accumulating under the crampons and causing you to slip. Carefully designed, flexible anti-snow overlays continuously remove snow from the soles and prevent it from accumulating under the boot. In case of detaching the crampons, a soft, strong loop will keep them attached to the boot and prevent the crampons from being lost on difficult parts of the route. You can easily adjust their size to your sole without using any tools. Salewa Alpinist Pro is a very versatile model of crampons, which will work well in both snow and ice conditions.
