MOVENPICK Gold is made from a combination of Arabica beans grown on the best plantations. The blend has been subjected to the freeze-drying process - drying the coffee blend by freezing it. It tastes best with the addition of milk.

The product was packed in a protective atmosphere. After opening the package, it should be kept tightly closed in a dry and cool place.

The coffee was roasted and packaged by the German roaster J.J.Darboven. For over 150 years, it has been ensuring the quality and taste of brands such as: Eilles, Movenpick, Idee, etc...

* How is freeze-dried coffee made?

To make freeze-dried coffee, natural coffee beans are crushed and rinsed with hot water under high pressure. The liquid obtained is then purified and condensed. Then, the freeze-drying process is applied, i.e. drying by freezing. Freeze-dried coffee is lighter and crispier due to its very low water content (3-5%).

* Why is instant coffee so popular?

This is due to how easy it is to prepare. One or two teaspoons should be poured into a cup/mug and filled with hot water (never boiling). It can be drunk black or with a splash of milk.
