Dynamic line EDELRID Boa 9.8 mm

Edelrid Boa 9.8 mm line is a single dynamic line that offers a great balance between ease of use in devices and weight, without compromising strength.

It is ideal for sport, trad and multi-pitch climbing.

It works very well as a first personal line, although it is not exclusively intended for beginners.

Edelrid applies the Thermo Shield treatment to each line, perfectly balancing the core and sheath fibers, resulting in fantastic elasticity without sheath slippage or stiffness.

The middle of the line is marked with black ink for safety and better control.

What's more? Edelrid coils and packs the lines using the 3D Lap Coil technology, allowing you to use them for the first time by pulling the line directly from the packaging, so you can start climbing without rewinding and clearing it.

Thermo Shield - a process used to treat all of Edelrid's lines, which ensures that they maintain a high level of elasticity for a long time while completely reducing sheath slippage relative to the core. This effect is achieved through a thermal process that relaxes and then shrinks the core and sheath fibers, perfectly harmonizing them.

3D Lap Coil - Edelrid's coiling and packaging technology that allows for immediate use of a new line by pulling it directly from the package. The line pulled in this way does not twist and no kinks are formed on it, saving time needed to rewind and clear it.
